Privacy Policy

  1. The Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by customers and contractors of MAE Multimedia Art & Education Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk (hereinafter referred to as “MAE” or “the Company”) in connection with cooperation with MAE Multimedia Art & Education and the use of the Company’s services.
  2. The administrator of personal data is MAE MULTIMEDIA ART & EDUCATION Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk at ul. Stefana Batorego 8, lok. 1A, 80-251 Gdańsk, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000553162, REGON number 361269053, NIP number 9571078023.
  3. In order to ensure the security of the data entrusted to the MAE, the Company has developed internal procedures and appropriate recommendations to prevent the data from being made available to unauthorized persons. The Company controls their application and constantly verifies the compliance of the above procedures with the relevant legal acts – the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as all types of implementing acts and acts of Community law. The MAE processes personal data in particular on the basis of:
    • the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000), hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”, together with its implementing acts;
    • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.
  4. Personal Data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the Client or the Contractor and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of the provisions of law or for the purpose of performing the agreement concluded between the parties.
  5. MAE collects information voluntarily provided by the Client or the Company’s Contractor as part of the agreement and cooperation with the MAE.
  6. The data provided by the Client or the Contractor are processed for the purpose resulting from the agreement concluded by the entity with the MAE, e.g. in order to carry out the process of handling such an agreement.
  7. Personal data provided to the MAE will not be sold or made available to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
  8. The data is available to the natural person who placed it there. This person also has the right to modify and stop processing their data at any time.
  9. The MAE reserves the right to make changes to the privacy policy that may be affected by the development of Internet technology, possible changes in the law in the field of personal data protection. The Company will inform about any changes in a visible and understandable manner.
