CURRENT RECRUITMENT

Position: VR/XR Developer

Location: Warsaw (on-site or hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of VR applications for headsets such as Meta Quest, HTC Vive, and Pico.
  • Full cycle development: from concept to production of VR content – UX, optimization, testing.
  • Implementation of best performance practices: GPU/CPU profiling, asset streaming, memory management.
  • Ongoing monitoring of hardware trends.
  • Active AR development – prototypes, proof-of-concepts, tools: ARCore, ARKit, Vuforia.
  • Team mentoring, code review, knowledge sharing.
  • Collaboration with the R&D team – exploration of technological innovations.

Preferred:

  • Experience in augmented reality (AR) technologies – knowledge of ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia, Niantic Lightship, or similar tools.
  • Projects with elements of mixed reality (MR) or integrated digital and physical space.
  • Integration of AI solutions in the VR environment.
  • Knowledge of physics simulation (e.g., PhysX, Havok) in immersive environments.
  • Experience with multiuser/networking solutions in VR/AR applications.
  • Contribution to open source, publication of tools or plugins for XR environments.
  • Knowledge of good UX/UI practices in the context of 3D interactions (gestures, spatial navigation, VR/AR ergonomics).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in commercial VR/AR projects with Unity or Unreal.
  • Proficiency in C#, solid OOP patterns, experience with ECS/Architecture.
  • Knowledge of VR SDKs (Oculus, SteamVR, OpenXR, etc.) and the ability to optimize performance.
  • Knowledge of version control tools (Git), CI/CD, code review.
  • Experience with implementing AI in VR.
  • Knowledge of hardware trends – VR controllers, eye tracking, haptics.
  • Language: Polish and English at a communicative level.
